Martina Organics respects your privacy and never sells, distributes or shares your information with any third party. We collect and keep your information strictly confidential. If you wish to stop receiving our e-newsletter, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list anytime.
Processing your Order and Shipping
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them. However, orders received during the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed the following business day.
We like to keep you posted, so we will send you an email to let you know your order has been processed, and then another to let you know when your product has been dispatched. Martina Organics uses the best courier services available. We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however delivery times may vary depending on transit services, natural disasters and other events out of our control.
Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered for your order is absolutely correct. We cannot change the delivery address on the order once it has been dispatched, nor can we be held responsible if you have given us incomplete details.
Martina Organics delivers via international air post. We carefully package our products for overseas delivery from New Zealand, however Martina Organics cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit.
We use a flat rate for postage and packaging (P&P) depending on your country of origin. For purchases made in countries outside New Zealand, Martina Organics is not responsible for taxes, custom charges, duties and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.

Martina Organics accepts payment with the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express and Pay Pal.

Returns and Refund and Policy
We are happy to make a full refund to you if for the unlikely reason your Martina Organics product is proven to be faulty.
To make a return and claim a refund, please contact email@example.com to have a Consumer Returns Form emailed to you. Please fill out this form and return it along with the faulty item within five days of receiving it to:

Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase. You are welcome to try before you buy!
Try before you Buy
We supply testers at retail outlets so you can experience our products before you purchase, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for dislike of texture or fragrance. We also recommend patch-testing on your skin before use, and carry that reminder on our labels.

Nature’s variations in Martina Organics Products
As Nature is constantly in flux, you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal and other fluctuations in our raw ingredients, so you can take these variations as a positive sign of Martina Organics commitment to using only pure, organic ingredients.
